19th – 22nd December 2011 my school had a study tour to Jakarta and Bandung. We left Jogjakarta about 2 pm by bus. There were 4 buses used for the traveling. This activity was useful for students and teachers because from this activity we could study and have fun and in the end students must build a report about it.
In the evening we broke for a moment at JATILAWANG to dinner. I saw my friends’ plate, and I realized that I ate so much than the others. We did Maghrib pray there, after that, the traveling was continued. On the way to Jakarta, I felt so worried about the activity and my healthy. But, I tried to smile and laugh, there was no fear but I worried about someone. And I tried to sleep.
Early morning, I woke up. I didn’t realize that the bus arrived in GRAHA WISATA RAGUNAN and we had to take a rest to refresh ourselves for the visiting activity later. 4 o’clock on the dot still felt so cold, but in my room, I was the first one to take a bath. Others said that I used my time so long. Then, we did the Subuh pray. But, after we would up to the bus, I realized that we did the Subuh pray wasn’t true.
The first object was MONUMEN NASIONAL. In this object we heard some explanation from the guide, and we heard the record of proclamation reading. Not many activities in this object, from we walked to the building and entered it. Until we out, only walked to the bus because the train was so long to wait. Tired and felt, like burnt because of the sun shine.
After this object, we went to SEAWORLD. I walked around it until tired come. Watched the fishes here and there, many fishes in the SeaWorld, there were big fishes and small fishes. I walked around it again to search my group, but I didn’t see them anywhere. So, I decided to leave and go out. I just followed the teachers because I worried if I got missed. Arrived in the bus, I went to a mosque alone to do Dzuhur pray. After all, I back to the bus again to lunch.
After this visiting, we continued for DUFAN challenge. Arrived this object, I didn’t know why I felt not fit although I wish that I could try every challenges. So, I just walked around the object again. Walked and walked, were activities that I did in every object. So, Lambang, Azhar, Arvin and I bought a drink that might be made me fresh again. After bought those, walking activity continued. After we found some persons from 8E, we talked for a moment and continued our step. I was disappear from them and tried to find the others. And tired again, oh, the only word I could say at that moment was “pity”. And, I didn’t try anything. So, I sat on a long chair. My friend came to me and invited me to enjoy the ISTANA BONEKA and I agreed. How beautiful it was!!!
After all, we must back to the bus. The traveling to the hostelry was so long, and we were sleepy. Before we slept, we got dinner to fill the empty stomach. And after full, we went to sleep. But I remember that I didn’t do Maghrib and Isya’ pray yet, so I did it and then slept.
When I woke up from slept, I was surprised because in my bedroom there were about 12 persons, too many persons for a room because each rooms served 6 bedrooms for 6 persons, so where were they from? Other rooms. Subuh was coming, and I tried to make them up from their slept. Nobody up, I thought they slept might be at 1 a.m. So, I left them to refresh my body outside the room. And they started to wake up, oh, pity.
I asked them to take a bath. I waited very long, long, long time and the time to take a bath for me had come. After that, I did Subuh pray and prepared my properties to package. When I was preparing it, I saw many friends still enjoyed their freedom in this room. Packaging finished, so went to breakfast was the best thing to do that time, because I was still hungry. Again, and again, my plate was the fullest plate. I saw to the other, and seemed like very happy. When the time to leave the hostelry came, we gathered around the buses and waited the other came.
The traveling today wasn’t like last day, I didn’t know why, but clearly I felt better than last day. This day, I felt so glad, and I thought this day would be the most beautiful day in this picnic. From the last day, I could get a lesson, didn’t be a stranger!!!
So, when the bus started to leave the hostelry, I would miss it. Many experiences happened in this hostelry. I didn’t want to leave it, friend and others perhaps felt it too. For this time, I got that many friends were really happy. This traveling seemed like took very long time, but, I didn’t felt it because I always sang in the bus. Happy and happy, until the bus arrived at TMII, and we stopped at PP IPTEK. We gathered in front of the building and we entered. I could see anything I wanted, but I didn’t walk with my friend. I was always alone at there, until I found Agung Estu Pamuji. We two walked, and talked about our experience. I left Agung, and I walked again alone. Nobody thought that I missed my group, but I did. So, I met Agung again and we decided to leave this building got out. We walked out and sat at a place. We talked until the time to leave this visiting.
The traveling to the MUSEUM PURNNA BHAKTI PERTIWI was the next, I felt wasn’t too long to wait. After arrived at this museum, we entered and sat on a place to hear some explanation from the guide. After the explanation had over, we walked around this museum to see the collection that this museum had. Agung and I were apart from the others, so we walked around this museum together. We talked again, and we broke at a place, because we were tired. We tried to get out from this building and wait a mini train to get to the bus place. But, it was full, so, Agung and I walked again to the place where the bus existed.
The traveling continued to PLANETARIUM. After arrived there, we had to do Dzuhur and Ashar pray, it took very long time because too many persons so the little mosque wasn’t enough. After that, I went to the place where I should be. I had got the ticket, and time to get in the place had come. So, we entered the place and searched an empty seat. We waited very long time, and it had begun. This is the visiting place that I liked from the other places, because I could feel my body fresh again after this visiting, I didn’t know why, but I loved it.
We continued the traveling. In the bus, I only sang many songs, until we left Jakarta. From about 3 pm until 6 pm I only sang although the other slept. The traveling to CIBADUYUT perhaps would be my best event in the bus.
After arrived at this place, we had to do Maghrib and Isya’ pray. After that, we had to buy something for ourselves and for our family. I walked and walked to search something interesting for me until I met Mr. Ahmad Nurtriatmo. We met and talked a little about our promise. So, after that, I continued my walked with Gilang and Agung. We searched and searched, but in the end, I just bought two shirts for me. I didn’t buy anything for my family, because they only wanted me to save and didn’t want anything. I wanted to buy something for them, but I was confused so I didn’t. Agung and I advised Gilang search some shirts. Very long time, and came the time we had to go. We back to our bus and we did. We were ready for our next traveling. RM SIMPANG RAYA was the next.
I just saw my plate and the other. Oh, pity, why always the fullest plate is mine? I didn’t care it, and ate it. So, after that, I back to the bus and prepared myself for the next traveling, go home. Oh, the most exited visiting perhaps. I just sang in the bus about one hour, and I slept. I got up at 3 am. I saw the others, oh, very silent. They all slept, so, I tried to keep myself didn’t sleep anymore, but it didn’t. I slept until we arrived to a place to do Subuh pray. And I didn’t know why my bus just alone, there were no other bus. But I didn’t care, the most important thing I thought was go home.
We arrived to school in the morning. And I was waiting someone because we had promise. But, it wasn’t happen. So, I had to go home and sleep tried to make my body refresh. That’s my experience when I got picnic to Jakarta-Bandung.
